Orange Blossom Catering is one of the largest catering companies in the Tampa Bay Area.  As a family-run business for over fifty years, owner Ed Shamas, like his father and uncle before him, has been providing high quality food, wonderful presentations, and impeccable service since 1954.     Mr. Shamas is a longstanding member of many community, professional, and philanthropic organizations including Rotary International, Committee of 100, Suncoasters, Kiwanis, Leadership of St. Petersburg, and the Pinellas County Restaurant Association to name a few. He is one of eight founding members of The Caterers Round Table Association. It is their mission to discuss trends and share new ideas in the industry. That group has grown into the International Caterers Association with over 1,500 members worldwide. Mr. Shamas has also been recipient of the Caterer Of The Year Award from the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE).   He supervises all operations at Orange Blossom and takes personal interest in the success of each and every event.
